5K COURSE
A fast and flat 5K (3.1 miles) on Sparta’s neighborhood paved streets, finish and start at Balyeat Field (Olmstead St). new USATF Certified Course.
Music and water stations all along the course.
Bring the whole family! Strollers and dogs on leashes welcome
but required to start at end of the line.

5K Run/Walk Individual: New Location-New Race Course! Certified 5K -Starts and finishes at Balyeat Field (Olmstead St).
New Category-Run For Rides: Race registration gives each person 3 FREE carnival ride tickets at Town & Country Days, plus a t-shirt will say Run for Rides. All competitors timed and scored with the 5K Run/Walk.
New Category-Run For Beer: Must be 21 or older to register for this category. Valid ID required. Race registration gives you two FREE drink tickets to be used at the Town and Country Days Beer Tent, plus a t-shirt that will say Run For Beer. All competitors timed and scored with the 5K Run/Walk.
KIDS FUN RUN: FREE! Race registration gives you 3 FREE carnival ride tickets at Town and Country Days. No t-shirt for the Kids Fun Run. Enjoy the fun at 8:40 a.m. Non-competitive, separate course from 5K. 12 years and younger.
