5K Run/Walk Thru Sparta

5K COURSE
A fast and flat 5K (3.1 miles) on Sparta’s neighborhood paved streets.
Starting line and finish line in back of Sparta Middle School
(formerly Sparta High School). Music and water stations all along the course.
Bring the whole family! Strollers and dogs on leashes welcome
but required to start at end of the line.
LOCATION/LOCKERS/DAYCARE
Sparta Middle School (formerly Sparta High), Address: 480 S State St, Sparta.
Locker rooms will be available pre and post race.
EVENT TIME & FEES
8:00 a.m. 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
$25 online registration ($3 online fee) closed 7/14/10 5pm EST
$25 mail-in registration must be postmarked by 7/14/10
$30 Late registration July 16 & 17 (tee shirts not guaranteed for late registration)
TEAM REGISTRATION
$90 5K Team.
Must have a 5 person team. Team registration forms must be mailed together and postmarked by6/30/11. Individual’s times qualify for age group awards. Awards for each member of the 1st place team.
$90 Family. A family can have between 3 and 7 members. Family members considered to be both parents and all children of those parents. No awards will be awarded to family teams but individual times will qualify for age group awards. Team registration forms must be mailed together and postmarked by 6/30/11.
